We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at info@betterbra.com or through our Contact Form. Our team will guide you through the process.

Returned items must be sent to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using trackable shipping, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages or carrier errors.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, excluding shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We will not issue a refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address).

The tracking status shows the package as “Delivered.” In this case, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@betterbra.com.
Include photos or a brief video of the issue, and our team will resolve it quickly by sending a replacement or offering an exchange credit.
Lost Packages
Packages lost by the carrier are not eligible for refund. Please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you can provide documentation confirming carrier loss, we may arrange a replacement at our discretion.
Cancellations and Refunds for Orders in Transit

No Cancellations for In-Transit Orders: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded while in transit.

Address Changes: Please verify your shipping details before checkout. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses.

Cancellations After Dispatch: If you wish to cancel after shipment, you may refuse delivery. The package will return to us, and your refund will be processed under our standard return policy once received.
